Five jobs, what they needed, what I wrote.

Copywriting is hard to show off. Nobody wants to read three home pages back to back, so here is the short version of each one: the problem, the fix, and what happened next.

Every project below is a placeholder, written to show the shape of a good case note. Replace the client, the story and the numbers with your own before you launch.

A two-person bookkeeping firm

Sample project

The ask
Their home page opened with "Welcome to our website" and never said what they did.
What I wrote
A new home page, a services page and one plain promise: your books closed by the 10th, every month.

Inquiries went from 2 a month to 9.

A single-location coffee roaster

The ask
Wholesale buyers kept emailing questions the site already answered, badly.
What I wrote
A wholesale page built as an honest FAQ, plus a three email follow-up for new accounts.

Back and forth emails halved, wholesale orders up a third.

A physical therapist going solo

She had spent nine years writing in a clinic's voice and needed her own.
What I wrote
A voice guide, a rewritten about page, and the first six emails of her list.

One page per service, each answering the question people actually type into search.
